#InANutshell: how to pay with MyBank on pagoPA
PagoPA is Italy’s national system that has simplified—and continues to simplify—payments made by citizens and businesses to the Public Administration.
How to access pagoPA?
You can access the pagoPA online payment system through the website of the public administration to which the payment must be made.
For example, a citizen can use pagoPA via the municipal website to pay for school meals, the university website to pay tuition fees, the local health authority (ASL) website to pay healthcare tickets, or the ACI or regional website to pay vehicle tax.
Businesses can access pagoPA through sites such as INPS to pay social security contributions or the Revenue Agency’s website to make payments related to income tax (IRPEF), property tax (IMU), waste tax (TARI), VAT, and other levies.

To pay with MyBank, just follow these simple steps:
- Select either “Bank Account” or “Other Payment Methods”;
- Click the MyBank button and choose your bank. You will be automatically redirected to your bank’s online banking service, where you log in with your usual credentials;
- A fully pre-filled bank transfer will be immediately available. After verifying that all the details are correct, you can authorize the payment with a single click. You will receive instant confirmation of the transaction from both your bank and the authority receiving the payment.
Do I need to send the receipt to the Public Administration as proof of payment?
