MyBank brings banks and PSPs together into a single infrastructure with an integrated set of standards and rules to offer real time online payments and identity authorization across Europe. PSPs can have two different and distinct roles within MyBank network:
Enables companies to collect payments with MyBank.
This is a straightforward business model featuring clear rules that responds to merchants’ increasing demand for collection of payments made by customers directly from their bank accounts.
Allows customers to make online payments with MyBank.
Integration does not involve any contractual aspects for the online service provision: typically, PSPs only implement a unilateral modification to the contract and inform customers of any relevant changes.

THE JOINING PROCESS
Get in touch with us and one of our Solution Managers will guide you through the onboarding process, which –beyond the contractual agreement– foresees:
technical specifications, testing platforms and a simulator (Self-Certification Program).
Onboarding is solely reserved for authorised or licensed PSPs.
All necessary information are provided by Preta Solution Managers guiding candidates through the joining process.
