What is MyBank?

MyBank is a payment method for your online purchases of goods and services.

How does MyBank make shopping on the internet safer?

MyBank is safer than other methods of payment as:

  • It is a solution provided by your bank or PSP.
  • When you make the payment, no personal information, bank details, or payment information are shared with third-parties.
  • It does not require any new registration, any personal data sharing, any new password.
How does MyBank work?

You simply click on the “MyBank” button, select or enter the name of your bank or PSP, and you are automatically redirected to the secure online banking platform.
You simply log in to your online banking with your usual access credentials, check the payment information on the pre-filled transfer form and just confirm the payment with one click. You will then return to the merchant website.

How do I sign up to MyBank?

You can use MyBank through your bank’s online banking service. If your bank is part of MyBank
network, then you have automatically access to it – no sign up needed!

I cannot find my bank or PSP in the list of MyBank buyer banks on the merchant’s website

This means that your bank or PSP does not yet provide MyBank services. If you would like to be able to use MyBank, please fill in the contact form and we will then contact your PSP.

Where can I pay with MyBank?

You can pay on any merchant and public administration website showing the MyBank logo. Discover some of the merchants offering MyBank payments. 

Whom can I contact regarding my purchase or payment?

Any questions you have regarding payments should be addressed to your PSP, whilst questions regarding your purchase order should be addressed to the merchant.

As a merchant, how can I add MyBank to my website payment page?

In order to activate the MyBank payment button on your website or accept payments by link, we kindly invite you to get in contact with one of the participating banks.

Could MyBank be useful for my business?

Absolutely.

  • With MyBank you will be able to extend your offer to:
  1. Customers wishing to keep their banking information protected and not shared with any third parties.
  2. Foreign customers whose payment services are covered by your local PSP.
  • You will not need to:
    retain any customers’ data and worry about their data protection;
    verify that payment information is correct;
    process any chargebanks for MyBank payments.
I never heard of Solution Manager, what is it?

Whether you are a consumer or an ecommerce merchant, you probably never heard about Solution Managers. However, your bank is probably one of our customers. The SOLUTION MANAGER provides pan-european payment systems to the top European banking groups and has an extensive experience in the expansion of international payment services.

How much will it cost me?

Costs actually depend on the bank or PSP providing you access to MyBank services.
Basic service fees should not exceed those related to other online payment methods.

Why do I see a foreign IBAN as credit account?

Being MyBank a pan-European solution, if you are buying from a merchant that activated the MyBank solution via a European PSP/Payment Gateway, your transaction may indeed be credited to a current account in another EU country.
