What is MyBank?

MyBank is an e-payment solution that enables irrevocable wire transfers with immediate confirmation.

Click on the “MyBank” button, select or enter your bank or PSP, and you’ll be automatically redirected to your secure online banking platform. Log in using your usual credentials, review the payment details on the pre-filled transfer form, and confirm the payment with a single click. Once completed, you’ll be seamlessly returned to the merchant’s website.

MyBank is safer than other methods of payment because :  

  • It is a solution provided by your bank or PSP.
  • When you make the payment, no personal information, bank details, or payment
    information are shared with third-parties.
  • It does not require any new registration, any personal data sharing, any new
    password.

Absolutely.

With MyBank you will add an alternative payment method to your website and be able to extend your offer to:

1) Customers wishing to keep their banking information protected and not shared with any third parties.
2) Foreign customers whose payment services are covered by your local PSP.

You will not need to:
Retain any customers’ data and worry about their data protection; verify that payment information is correct;
process any chargebanks for MyBank payments.

You can access MyBank directly through your bank’s online banking service. If your bank is part of the MyBank network, you’re already set up—no registration required.

This indicates that your bank or PSP does not yet offer MyBank services. If you’d like to use MyBank, please fill out the contact form, and we will reach out to your PSP on your behalf.

You can use MyBank to pay on thousands of ecommerce websites, Italy’s Public Administration portals, or via payment links sent to you through email or SMS for your purchase of products and services. Discover some of the businesses offering MyBank payments.

Any questions you have regarding payments should be addressed to your PSP, whilst questions regarding your purchase order should be addressed to the merchant.

In order to activate the MyBank payment button on your website or accept payments by link, we kindly invite you to get in contact with one of the participating banks.

Basic service fees should not exceed those related to other online payment methods.

Being MyBank a pan-European solution, if you are buying from a merchant that activated the MyBank solution via a European PSP/Payment Gateway, your transaction may indeed be credited to a current account in another EU country.
