OPEN Dot Com, a software house that provides informatic, telematic and technological services related to the practice of Chartered Accountant and Audit, makes it possible the usage of MyBank on Consolle Avvocato® the software that allows lawyers to become active subjects in the Civil Telematic Process.

Since today, the layers that choose Consolle Avvocato® of OPEN Dot Com will be able to pay by MyBank the court fees and registry fees through the functionality “Telematic payments”. Through this button it is possible to check all the payment service providers enabled for court fees and also the banks that offer the MyBank service.

For customers of banks that have joined the MyBank circuit, the payment of court fees takes place in  few simple steps: after choosing its bank, the user is automatically redirected to its home banking where he/she log in with the usual credentials. To finalize the payment, it is therefore sufficient to authorize the pre-completed transfer with the data previously entered during the preparation of the telematic payment. Once the MyBank payment has been made, the system will generate the relative electronic receipt, to be inserted in the electronic envelope for the deposit.
